Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective students and corporate partners, focusing on admissions into management and distance education programs.

Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting consultations to understand learner needs, and presenting suitable program options. The role involves managing relationships with applicants, maintaining accurate records of interactions,



coordinating with counseling and admissions teams, and meeting assigned enrollment and revenue targets. The Executive will also participate in outreach activities such as events, calls, and follow-ups to increase brand visibility and conversions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business growth.
- Candidates should possess robust Lead Generation and prospecting skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for counseling and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain and develop ongoing relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in education consulting, admissions, or sales is an advantage.
