Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and contributing to the company’s overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Conduct regular cold calling and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable company solutions/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other business-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly business development targets.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert qualified prospects into clients.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential customer segments.
- Maintain regular updates in the assigned CRM/task/reporting sheet.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client communication.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
