We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our security services in the B2B market . The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, meeting potential clients, presenting our security solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The role will focus on expanding our presence across MIDC and industrial areas, IT companies, corporate offices, commercial properties, jewelry showrooms, warehouses, hospitals, hotels, and other business establishments .

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and negotiation skills, a proven ability to generate business independently, and experience in B2B sales, field marketing, security services, facility management, or manpower services . The candidate will play a key role in building our corporate client base and achieving monthly business growth targets.
