- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media & networking

- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements
- •
- Pitch company services and prepare effective proposals/presentations
- •
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- •
- Handle leads from initial contact to conversion and follow-up
- •
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- •
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients
- •
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
- •
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients

- Track leads,



client interactions and sales activities

- Stay updated with market trends, competitors and industry opportunities

- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Experience in IT, Digital Marketing, Tech or Media industry will be an added advantage
