Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development – Events/Wedding role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships in the events and wedding segment. The individual will meet prospective clients, understand event requirements, prepare proposals, and participate in negotiations to close deals.

They will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of signed projects, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and contribute to revenue targets and market expansion. The role also includes attending industry events,



monitoring competitor activities, and providing feedback on service offerings and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closing.
- Experience in events and wedding planning, with an understanding of end-to-end event lifecycle and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present proposals and build long-term client relationships.
- Solid organizational and planning capabilities, including time management and attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups.
- Comfort with on-site client meetings, local travel within Gurugram/Delhi-NCR, and flexible hours around event schedules.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software) to track pipelines and performance.
- Previous experience in event agencies, hospitality, or related service industries is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
