Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Gurugram.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and qualify new business leads, conduct market research on potential clients and industry trends, and support the development of sales strategies for Roopya’s lending infrastructure solutions. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations and demos, maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and coordinating with internal teams to address client needs. The associate will track key metrics, update the CRM,



and contribute to proposals and business development materials to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering professional Presentations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or lending solutions is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data and CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Location Requirement:Candidates must be based in Gurgaon or be willing to relocate and settle in Gurgaon for this role. We will consider candidates who can commit to working from Gurgaon.
