Role Description The Business Development Associate / Intern role is an on-site position based in Delhi, India. The intern will support the business development team by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation activities, and maintaining prospect databases. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research on construction trends and competitors, preparing presentations and basic proposals, and helping coordinate meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.

The intern will also assist with drafting emails, recording client interactions,



and following up on inquiries to support relationship building and deal progression. This internship role offers hands-on experience in business development within the construction sector and opportunities to learn from senior team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including identifying prospects and maintaining structured pipelines.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of construction or real estate industry is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfort with online research is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
