Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and growth-driven Business Development Associates (BDA) to expand our network of partner schools and educational institutions.

You’ll play a key role in driving outreach, building strategic relationships, and promoting our STEM programs across India.

Key Responsibilities For Business Development Associate (BDA):

- Research and identify potential clients — schools, colleges, and educational organizations.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calls, networking, and lead generation activities.




- Build relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Deliver engaging presentations and demos on our STEM programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Passionate about education, innovation, and STEM learning.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and follow-up abilities.
