Job Role

- Identify and approach potential students, parents, institutions, and business partners.
- Conduct field visits(DOOR TO DOOR ), promotional activities, and client meetings to generate leads.
- Explain courses, programs, and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions/business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other organizations.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain daily field visit and lead reports.

Requirements:

Good communication skills - spoken Bengali fluency mandatory

Comfortable with outdoor/field work and local travel

Energetic, target-oriented, and confident personality

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage

Freshers with a robust interest in sales are welcome
