About SkoocSkooc is a full-stack mental fitness company working with educational institutions and enterprises. We combine behavioural science, AI-enabled platforms and human counselling to turn important signals into timely, practical support.

For schools, Skooc Kids is a complete mental fitness ecosystem that brings children, parents and educators into one coordinated model of support. Each has a separate, age-appropriate interface through which they can share what they are experiencing or noticing and receive practical guidance. The child’s routine conversations remain private, while significant concerns can bring trained human support into the loop.

The ecosystem also includes cognitive fitness programmes, parent support, educator capability-building and counselling.

For enterprises, CognOs combines behavioural diagnostics, AI-based insights and human interventions to address specific business priorities, including performance, retention, leadership and culture. Our enterprise work already includes engagements with a major automotive company, a leading bank and a large manufacturing organisation.

The RoleWe are looking for a Business Development and Client Partnerships Manager to build institutional revenue across two verticals:

Educational Institutions, which includes schools and colleges,

Enterprise clients.

Our current relationships and commercial depth are stronger in education. The role will convert that momentum while building a qualified enterprise pipeline in parallel.

You will own opportunities from prospecting through commercial closure. You will lead most sales conversations independently and co-sell complex or strategic engagements with the Founder. When the Founder joins a deal, you will continue to own preparation, follow-up, proposal development and progress towards closure.

After a deal closes, you will remain the primary relationship owner and point of accountability for client communication. Programme operations and delivery will remain with the relevant internal teams. Your responsibility is to keep communication coherent, track commitments, bring the right specialists into the conversation and develop opportunities for renewal and expansion.

What You Will OwnDeveloping the Pipeline· Build, qualify and progress separate pipelines for Educational Institutions and Enterprise clients.

· Generate opportunities through targeted outreach, referrals, existing relationships, partnerships, events and professional networks.

· Research priority accounts, identify the relevant decision-makers and understand each organisation's buying and approval process.

· Qualify opportunities based on the client's need, urgency, decision process, ability to implement and commercial value.

· Maintain a transparent next step, owner and expected timeline for every active opportunity.

Leading Consultative Sales· Run discovery conversations that uncover the educational, people or performance problem behind the initial enquiry.

· Work with product, programme, operations, communications and clinical teams to shape a solution that Skooc can deliver well.

· Develop clear proposals, presentations, pricing recommendations and scopes of work for different buyers and stakeholders.

· Lead pitches and commercial conversations independently for most opportunities. Prepare and co-lead complex or strategic sales processes with the Founder.

· Follow up consistently, address concerns and move opportunities towards a clear decision.

· Negotiate with commercial judgement, protecting scope, pricing and margin while responding reasonably to the client's constraints.

Owning Client Relationships· Run a structured commercial handoff and kickoff after closure, with clear stakeholders, expectations, commitments and timelines.

· Serve as the primary relationship owner and point of accountability for client communication throughout the engagement.

· Set up an appropriate communication rhythm and periodic client reviews, bringing in delivery or subject experts when their input is required.

· Acknowledge client concerns quickly, ensure they reach the correct internal owner and communicate progress until resolution.

· Identify opportunities for renewal, expansion, referrals and additional services based on the client's needs and results.

· Capture client feedback and share useful market insight with product, programme and leadership teams.

Building Revenue Discipline· Build quarterly and annual revenue plans and track performance against them.

· Maintain separate pipeline visibility for Educational Institutions and Enterprise clients, while working towards an overall revenue target.

· Keep the CRM, account notes, proposals, meeting records and commercial documents current after each meaningful interaction.

· Provide reliable weekly pipeline and revenue forecasts, including risks, dependencies and the next action required.

· Help create repeatable sales materials and processes, including buyer-specific decks, proposal templates, pricing logic, case studies and account plans.

What Success Looks LikeRevenue, pipeline and conversion goals will be set by vertical and reviewed quarterly, reflecting market traction, sales cycles and the quality of the available opportunities.

· Existing education opportunities move forward with consistent ownership, clear next steps and stronger conversion discipline.

· A qualified enterprise pipeline develops alongside the education pipeline, with credible opportunities rather than unfiltered lead volume.

· Routine sales conversations are led independently, while Founder-supported meetings are well prepared and followed through.

· Revenue forecasts become dependable and the company has clear visibility into pipeline movement by vertical.

· Clients experience a coordinated transition from sale to delivery and know who is accountable for the relationship.

· Renewal and expansion opportunities are identified early and developed deliberately.

Experience and Capabilities· Typically 5-7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years owning a full-cycle B2B or institutional sales process from self-generated opportunity to closure. A strong record of ownership and results matters more than an exact year count.

· Evidence of building a pipeline, navigating multiple stakeholders and closing consultative or solution-led engagements.

· Experience selling to educational institutions, corporate HR or Learning and Development teams, or other institutional buyers. Exposure to both education and enterprise is useful but not essential.

· Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers and adapting the conversation to school leaders, functional specialists, business leaders and procurement teams.

· Strong discovery, proposal-writing, presentation, negotiation and scope-development skills.

· Comfort with pricing, basic margin logic, revenue projections and commercial trade-offs.

· Disciplined use of CRM systems, spreadsheets and sales documentation. You should be able to build a persuasive presentation; expertise in one specific design tool is not required.

· Experience in education, healthcare, mental health, wellbeing, HR technology or professional services is an advantage.

Working Style· You take responsibility for moving work forward and communicate early when a genuine decision, approval or risk requires escalation.

· You are persistent and resourceful without becoming pushy or careless with relationships.

· You can move between education and enterprise conversations while keeping each buyer's needs and decision process distinct.

· You are comfortable working closely with a Founder, leading when appropriate and making good use of Founder involvement in complex deals.

· You work well across a hybrid team, document decisions and follow through without requiring close supervision.

· You can learn the language of mental fitness and behavioural science and represent sensitive services responsibly, without overclaiming outcomes.

Why Join SkoocSkooc is building its commercial systems while its education and enterprise work is expanding. This role offers direct access to the Founder and meaningful influence over how we position, sell and grow both verticals. You will see opportunities through from the first conversation to a long-term client relationship, and help turn successful engagements into repeatable growth.
