Roles And Responsibilities The main role purpose of the Campaign analyst is to support Consumer Value Solution (CVS) team on generating campaign efficacy reports and insights.

Key Job Responsibility

- Be the single point of contact between Client Marketing and Comviva for design of campaign reports,



regular report generation & insights sharing
- Ensure high degree of accuracy & regularity in report generation & campaign assessment within SLA
- Implement new standard reports to monitor campaign performance
- Provide ad-hoc reporting support for the CVM and client to evaluate campaign performance
- Identify and make recommendations for actions to improve business/campaign performance
- Drive simplicity in publishing & understanding campaign results
- Adapt reports for different customer hierarchies
- Drive automation alongside customization in campaign reporting to ensure agility and at the same time cater different business requirements.
- Augment Comviva’s best practice campaign knowledge. Ensure practices and knowledge are documented and molded into effective processes
- Identify opportunities for improvement in business practices.
