ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Procurement Transformation experience to support project delivery, governance, reporting, stakeholder management and Agile activities.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support procurement transformation initiatives and PMO activities
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements
- Facilitate daily scrum meetings and track actions/deliverables
- Manage RAID logs, project coordination and reporting
- Prepare management presentations and meeting minutes
- Support multiple projects/workstreams and senior stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS





- Procurement processes: S2C, O2R & I2P
- Procurement Transformation programs
- SAP Ariba & SAP Fieldglass
- MS Visio, SharePoint & Azure DevOps (ADO Boards)
- Power BI dashboards & reporting
- Advanced Excel and data analysis
- Agile project delivery / PMO
- Strong stakeholder & communication skills

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- 5–7 years relevant experience preferred
- Strong experience in Procurement Transformation as BA/PMO
- Experience in Agile/dynamic environments
- Solid understanding of procurement business processes
- Excellent reporting, presentation and stakeholder management skills
