About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CPQ Business Analyst (Functional) to join our dynamic team at Tata Consultancy Services. This role is pivotal in implementing and optimizing Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions to streamline our clients' quote-to-cash processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle CPQ functionalities, business process mapping, and integration with various CRM and ERP systems.

The position offers an excellent prospect to work on complex projects across diverse industries, contributing to digital transformation initiatives that enhance sales efficiency, pricing accuracy, and customer experience.

Qualifications The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years and up to 15 years of experience in business analysis, with specific expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations. A strong educational background in IT, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.



Relevant certifications such as Oracle CPQ Cloud certification or other business analyst/functional consulting credentials are highly desirable.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Experience working with CRM/ERP ecosystems like Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Fusion, or Microsoft Dynamics is essential.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities include analyzing client requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications for Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations.

The Business

Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test configuration, pricing, quoting, and approval workflows. Preparing comprehensive business process flows, user stories, and test cases for UAT is crucial to ensure solution quality. The role also involves documenting traceability matrices, creating training materials, and developing SOP documents to facilitate user adoption. Additionally, the Business Analyst will work closely with technical teams during system integration, ensuring seamless connectivity between Oracle CPQ and CRM/ERP systems like Salesforce or Oracle E-Business Suite.

Managing

Agile delivery processes,



including backlog grooming, sprint planning, defect triage, and release activities, will be part of the daily responsibilities. The candidate must also provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement suggestions to optimize system performance and user experience.
