Hiring | Branding Manager

MGM Healthcare is looking for a creative, strategic and results-driven Branding Manager to strengthen our brand presence and drive impactful brand communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute brand strategies and communication campaigns aligned with MGM Healthcare’s vision
- Manage brand identity, positioning and brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Lead creative development for digital, social media, campaigns, events and offline communication
- Work closely with Marketing, HR, Clinical and Business teams to create impactful brand initiatives
- Drive employer branding and internal communication initiatives
- Manage external agencies, creative partners and other brand stakeholders
- Monitor brand performance, market trends and competitor activities




- Ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling across channels

Ideal Candidate

- 5–15 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, Advertising or Corporate Communications
- Experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Service Industry preferred
- Solid understanding of brand strategy, creative communication and digital platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project execution skills
- A strong combination of strategic thinking + creative execution
