About the Role

As a Brand Manager, you’ll be the link between our clients and our internal creative teams. You’ll be responsible for understanding what a client needs, communicating it clearly to the team and making sure projects move from brief to execution smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing day-to-day communication and relationships with clients
- Understanding client requirements and translating them into transparent creative briefs
- Coordinating with creative, content and design teams to execute projects
- Managing timelines, deliverables, feedback and approvals




- Working across social media, content, influencer marketing, PR and brand campaigns
- Ideating content and campaign ideas and developing monthly content calendars for clients
- Being actively involved in the creative process and contributing ideas where relevant
- Ensuring work is delivered on time and to the expected quality

Who We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, brand management or a similar role within a marketing, advertising, social media, PR or creative agency
- Someone who has experience working directly with clients
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Someone who can manage multiple projects and timelines without losing track of the details
- Someone who understands social media and the broader digital/content ecosystem
- A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable taking ownership
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment
