Responsibilities
- Implement and manage BMC Helix ITSM solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ITSM applications.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and integration with other tools.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to ensure optimal functionality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and BMC Helix ITSM updates.

Skills and Qualifications
- 6-16 years of experience in ITSM or related field.
- Proficient in BMC Helix ITSM tools and applications.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in system configuration and customization of ITSM solutions.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.- Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise environments.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service management solutions.- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect various software systems.- Competence in performance tuning and optimization of software applications.
