About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BMC Application Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of applications within the BMC platform. The role involves working across BMC Innovation Studio, Business Workflows, and Digital Workplace solutions to deliver scalable enterprise applications aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and maintain applications within BMC Innovation Studio, Helix Digital Workplace, Remedy ITSM, and Smart IT
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot defects, identify risks, and provide timely resolutions
- Work with BMC SaaS teams to ensure platform stability and performance
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards




- Design and support integrations between BMC platform and third-party systems

Technical Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with BMC Innovation Studio / Business Workflows
- Experience with BMC Helix Digital Workplace / Catalog (Essential)
- Knowledge of Remedy ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Task Management
- Strong understanding of integration concepts and APIs
- Experience with development lifecycle and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience working within BMC platform environments
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience delivering enterprise application solutions
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
