Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler role based in Dholera. The BIM Modeler will create, update, and maintain detailed Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP elements in coordination with project engineers and architects. Daily tasks include interpreting construction drawings, modeling building components, ensuring model accuracy and consistency, and supporting clash detection and design reviews.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing model-based documentation, and assisting in the integration of BIM data for project planning and execution.



The BIM Modeler will also help implement BIM standards and best practices within ongoing and upcoming projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills, including proficiency with BIM authoring tools and workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Modeler-related tasks, with the ability to interpret and translate design intent into accurate 3D models.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling skills, with experience coordinating MEP systems within integrated BIM environments.
- Candidates should possess expertise in reading and working with Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, and details.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, spatial understanding, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication skills and the ability to meet project deadlines in an on-site setting.
