Role Description The Billing Specialist role at EziBizi is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Billing

Specialist will manage end-to-end billing processes, including generating and reviewing invoices, ensuring accurate client billing, and reconciling billing records with accounting data.

Responsibilities include tracking payments, resolving billing discrepancies, responding to client billing inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date billing documentation.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely revenue recognition, supporting audits, and continuously improving billing workflows and controls.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Billing Process and Client Billing for accurate and timely billing operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Invoicing and Accounting to manage financial records and reconcile billing data.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and address client queries.
- Experience with billing or ERP software, spreadsheets, and data entry tools is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
- Prior experience in finance, accounts receivable, or billing roles, and a degree or diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field is an advantage.
