Role: BDM- SME Business Instalment Loans (DSA Channel)

Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bangalore, Jaipur & Chandigarh

CTC: Up to 15 LPA

Experience: 3-10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sourcing of SME Business Instalment Loans through DSA/channel partner network only.

- Manage and expand relationships with DSAs, connectors, and referral partners.

- Source and acquire customers for Unsecured Business Loans, Machinery Loans, and Working Capital products.

- Ensure quality sourcing and target achievement through channel partners.

- Conduct initial assessment of customer eligibility, financials, and documentation.

- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

- Monitor portfolio quality and maintain solid partner engagement.

- Acquire prime customers with a loan disbursement amount of 50 lacs (For smaller locations, it might start with 10 lakhs)



and above through DSA channels.

Candidate Profile:

- 3-10 years of experience in SME lending through DSA/channel sales model.

- Strong exposure to Unsecured Business Loans, Machinery Finance, Working Capital, or Business Instalment Loans.

- Existing DSA network and local market knowledge preferred.

- Excellent relationship management and business development skills.

- Prior experience in Banking/NBFC sector is mandatory.

- Graduation is mandatory.
