Carely is a home-based therapy and educational support platform that connects children with experienced professionals. We focus on delivering personalised interventions for children with developmental or special needs, helping them build life, social, and learning skills in a safe and supportive workplace.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to deliver in-home therapy sessions for children with developmental challenges, including autism, ADHD, and other special needs. The therapist will implement individualized programs and guide parents to reinforce therapy goals at home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behaviour therapy plans.
- Implement behaviour interventions such as ABA, CBT, PBS, TEACCH, Floortime, or other recognised techniques in the child’s home.
- Track progress and maintain accurate session documentation.
- Train and guide parents/caregivers to support therapy goals between sessions.




- Communicate regularly with Carely’s team to review progress and adjust plans.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, or related field.
- Formal training or certification in Behaviour Therapy (ABA, RBT, CBT, PBS, TEACCH, Floortime, or equivalent).
- Experience working with children with developmental or special needs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in home environments

Compensation:

- Per-session rate (to be discussed based on experience and availability)
- Payments made by Carely directly

Other Details:

- Session frequency and schedule will be discussed at the time of assignment
- All sessions will be coordinated through Carely
- This is a freelance/contract role with no fixed monthly hours
