Role Description This is a full-time, on-site banking role based in Kota. The role involves assisting customers with everyday banking transactions, explaining financial products, and supporting account opening and maintenance activities. Daily responsibilities include handling cash operations, reviewing basic credit-related information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

The role also includes responding to customer inquiries, promoting relevant financial and insurance products,



and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance skills, including basic understanding of banking operations and financial products.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Credit processes and fundamentals of lending and risk assessment.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Insurance products and the ability to explain policy features clearly.
- Candidates should have good numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work with financial documentation.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Kota, with reliability and integrity in handling confidential information.
- A diploma or degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred; prior banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
