About The Role

We are seeking passionate and skilled Backend Engineers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing robust backend systems that handle millions of transactions securely and efficiently. Your work will directly impact the financial lives of our users by enabling features such as seamless payments, smart banking functionalities, and real-time data processing.

Qualifications

- Up to 5 years of backend development experience with modern programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#, or Scala.
- Proven experience in scaling systems that maintain performance and stability under high load.
- Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge, including AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems and messaging queues like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Excellent communication skills in English, suitable for a global team environment.
- Ability to solve complex problems efficiently and effectively.

Bonus points for candidates with frontend knowledge (JavaScript, Vue.js), startup experience, or a strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain APIs capable of handling millions of transactions reliably and securely.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues swiftly to ensure minimal disruption to users.
- Transform innovative ideas into functional features, contributing to product evolution and enhancement.

- Write clean,
