Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced TPA Executive / TPA Coordinator to handle insurance and TPA-related work, including cashless and reimbursement cases. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with patients, insurance companies, TPAs, billing, and hospital departments to ensure smooth processing of claims.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle TPA and insurance-related patient cases from admission to discharge.
- Process and coordinate cashless and reimbursement claims.
- Prepare and submit documents for pre-authorisation and final approval.
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for approvals and queries.
- Follow up on pending approvals, queries, and claim documents.
- Coordinate with Billing, Finance, Front Office, Nursing, Doctors, and other departments.
- Verify patient insurance documents and eligibility.
- Ensure all required documents are collected and properly maintained.
- Handle claim queries, deficiencies, and documentation requirements.




- Coordinate for final bill submission and discharge approval.
- Maintain proper records of TPA/insurance cases and pending claims.
- Follow up on rejected, pending, or disputed claims.
- Prepare regular reports related to TPA and insurance cases.
- Ensure timely submission of claims and required documents.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of TPA and Health Insurance processes.
- Knowledge of Cashless & Reimbursement procedures.
- Understanding of Pre-authorisation and Final Approval.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of hospital billing and documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and work under pressure.
- Positive follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospital TPA / Insurance / Billing.
- Candidates with experience in TPA desk, insurance desk, or hospital billing will be preferred.
- Experience with multiple TPAs/insurance companies will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
