Raybit Technologies is looking for a B2B Software Sales Executive to join our sales team in Kashmir.

The role involves field sales, client meetings, software demonstrations, lead generation, and business development. The ideal candidate should be confident, communicative, target-oriented, and comfortable meeting businesses and decision-makers in person.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential B2B clients across Kashmir
- Visit businesses and meet business owners/decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
- Demonstrate Raybit Technologies' software products
- Generate new sales leads through field visits, networking and referrals
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and meetings
- Prepare and present sales proposals
- Negotiate and close deals
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and sales activities

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2 Wheeler to commute for b2b visits.
- Confident personality with good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable with field sales and travelling for client meetings
- Basic understanding of software/technology products
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply




- Previous B2B/field sales experience will be an advantage

Salary & Incentives

Base Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹21,000 per month

Performance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives based on sales and target achievement

Growth Opportunity: Higher earning potential based on performance

Compensation

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹10,000–₹20,000, depending on experience and skills
