JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a energetic and self-motivated B2 B Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with industrial customers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and generate new business opportunities in the industrial sector. Visit factories, manufacturing units, construction companies, warehouses, and engineering firms to promote our safety footwear. Meet purchase managers, HR managers, EHS officers, and plant heads.

Present product features and recommend suitable safety footwear based on customer requirements. Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up until order closure. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify repeat business opportunities.





Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports. Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 2–7 years of experience in B2 B sales or field sales. Experience in industrial products, PPE, safety equipment, hardware, electrical products, lubricants, engineering products, or construction materials is preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for customer visits. Valid two-wheeler and driving license.
