Key Responsibilities

- Handle motor insurance policies for new and existing vehicles.
- Coordinate with customers for policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
- Generate insurance quotations and explain policy coverage, premiums, add-ons, and terms to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, and internal sales/service teams.
- Follow up on policy renewals and maintain a database of upcoming renewals.
- Assist customers with the motor insurance claim process, including documentation and coordination with surveyors/insurers.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents and policy-related information.
- Achieve assigned insurance sales and renewal targets.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, payments, customer details, and claims.




- Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support.
- Ensure compliance with company and insurance-related processes.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of motor/automobile insurance.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM systems.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in automobile dealerships, insurance companies, brokers, or automotive sales will be an advantage.
