Selection & Training PathwayAlready completed relevant Industrial Automation / PLC training? Candidates with prior training will undergo a technical skill assessment. Candidates who demonstrate the required technical competency may be considered for direct recruitment.
No prior training or insufficient practical skills?
Candidates who require additional technical preparation will be required to complete the company's Industrial Automation / PLC training program before being considered for the corresponding employment opportunity.
After successful completion of the required training and evaluation, eligible candidates will be considered for an employment offer.
