Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, executing API and performance testing, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Create and execute test cases for web applications and APIs.
- Perform API testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
- Conduct performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using TestNG/JUnit.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and validate functionality.
- Track, log, and verify defects through resolution.
- Perform database validations using SQL queries.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives,



and other Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery of releases.

Required Skills

- 4-5 years of experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong programming skills in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience with TestNG or JUnit frameworks.
- Expertise in API Testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
- Hands-on experience with JMeter or LoadRunner for performance testing.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, and SQL.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
