Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audit Manager role based in Ajmer.

The Audit

Manager will plan, execute, and oversee internal audits of financial processes, branch operations, and lending activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The role includes reviewing financial statements, evaluating accounting records, testing internal controls, and reporting findings with clear recommendations for improvement.

Manager will collaborate with finance, operations,



and risk teams to address audit observations, monitor implementation of corrective actions, and support continuous process enhancement. The position requires preparing timely audit reports, maintaining documentation, and contributing to the development of audit methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Accounting to understand lending products, financial records, and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Audits to review disclosures, test controls, and assess compliance and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify risks, and draw meaningful conclusions from audit findings.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management practices, and relevant NBFC regulations.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent degree are preferred.
- Prior experience in internal audit, statutory audit, or risk and compliance within financial services or NBFCs is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, report writing, stakeholder management, and time management skills are required.
- Ability to work in office in Ajmer, travel to branches when needed, and maintain high ethical standards and integrity.
