Educational Qualifications

- M.Tech. / M.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- MCA
- M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Equivalent qualifications may also be considered
- Ph.D. is preferred

Experience
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a college, university, institute, or higher-education organization
- Candidates with relevant industry experience along with strong technical knowledge will be preferred
- Fresh candidates with exceptional subject knowledge and strong communication skills may also be considered

Job SummaryWe are seeking a knowledgeable, passionate, and student-focused IT Faculty member to join our academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical instruction in Information Technology and Computer Science subjects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, effective communication and classroom-management skills, and the ability to mentor students in their academic and professional development.

The role will involve teaching core programming and computer science subjects, preparing academic resources, conducting assessments, guiding student projects, and actively contributing to departmental and institutional activities.

Additional knowledge of emerging technologies and modern development frameworks will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective classroom lectures and practical laboratory sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, study materials, assignments, and other academic resources.
- Design question papers, assessments, evaluation schemes, and practical examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
- Guide students in academic projects, seminars, internships, coding activities, and technical competitions.
- Support students in developing practical programming and problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, course development, and departmental academic activities.
- Organize and participate in workshops, coding competitions, technical seminars, guest lectures, and industrial visits.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and modern teaching methodologies.
- Participate in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), research activities, conferences, and institutional initiatives.
- Maintain academic discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and effective learning environment.




- Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.

Required Skills
- Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Good command of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and/or Python.
- Strong understanding of core subjects including Data Structures, DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, and Software Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong classroom-management and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Student-centric approach with strong mentoring and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adopt recent technologies and teaching methodologies.

Preferred Skills
- Industry experience in Software Development / IT.
- Knowledge of Web Development technologies.
- Experience in academic project guidance.
