Speciality Chemicals Segment : We propose to launch a new platform of Diketene & its value-added derivatives, forward integrate our crop protection chemicals to value-added agrochemicals (Herbicides, Fungicides &

Nutrition &

- Health Solutions Segment : We propose to expand the existing capacity of Vitamin B3 to continue being one of the market leaders and introduce new branded animal as well as human nutrition and health premixes.

Chemical Intermediates Segment : We propose to expand our existing acetic anhydride capacity and add value added anhydrides and aldehydes and enhance volumes in speciality ethanol.

We have 5 world-class manufacturing facilities i.e. One in UP at Gajraula, Two in Gujarat at Bharuch and Baroda, Two in Maharashtra at Nira and Ambernath . We operate 61 Plants across these 5 sites giving is multi-plant and multi-location advantage.

The Position

Designation - Assistant Manager

Location- Noida.

Job Summary: - Responsible for leading end-to-end corporate events, hospitality operations, guest relations management, vendor partnerships, and financial governance across chemical &

- Pharma BU. The role entails planning and executing high-impact corporate events, ensuring seamless hospitality experiences for internal and external stakeholders, and managing soft services operations in line with organizational standards

Key Responsibilities.

- Partner with Business and HR teams to understand event objectives and translate them into comprehensive event concepts and execution plans.
- Develop event timelines, project plans, budgets, and execution schedules.
- Conduct venue recce and finalize seating plans, venue layouts, branding, AV requirements, hospitality, and logistics arrangements.
- Lead end-to-end execution of corporate events, annual celebrations, employee engagement initiatives, award ceremonies, leadership townhalls/meetings, board-level engagements, strategy workshops, and internal engagement events.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard,



and manage vendors for event management, AV services, printing, décor, logistics, travel, hospitality, and catering.
- Drive commercial negotiations in collaboration with SCM to ensure competitive pricing and service quality..
- Monitor vendor performance, issue resolution, and adherence to contractual obligations. Drive vendor consolidation and cost optimization initiatives.
- Oversee guest house operations including booking requests, occupancy management, confirmations, and service quality. Coordinate accommodation requirements for employees, visitors, consultants, and senior executives.
- Prepare annual budgets, service contract estimates, and hospitality expenditure forecasts.Ensure adherence to company financial controls, taxation norms, audit requirements, and governance protocols.
- Support contract negotiations, renewal discussions, and savings initiatives across services. MIS dashboards, budget reports, cost-saving trackers, and management reviews.

Leverage

PowerPoint, Excel, and AI-enabled tools for analytics, reporting, planning, and decision support. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and service enhancement

- Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Person Profile .

Educational Qualification

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field preferred.

Experience

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Corporate Events, Employee Experience, Guest Relations, or Corporate Administration.
- Prior experience with reputed hotels, hospitality brands, event management companies, or corporate hospitality functions will be preferred .
