Role Description The Associate role at WorthET is a full-time position based in Prayagraj with a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Associate will support daily operations of the food platform, including coordinating with restaurants and tiffin partners, monitoring order flows, and helping resolve customer inquiries. The Associate will assist in maintaining accurate listings, menus, and pricing on the app, and help ensure a smooth experience across food delivery, subscriptions, and table reservations.

The role also involves collecting feedback, preparing basic reports,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and service quality. The Associate is expected to work proactively, communicate clearly, and contribute to building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with basic operational and coordination tasks, including managing data, tracking orders, and supporting partner and customer communication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, restaurant partners, and internal teams.
- Comfort with using mobile apps, spreadsheets, and other digital tools to support daily workflow and reporting.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly and support timely resolutions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting from Prayagraj, managing both in-office and work-from-home responsibilities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, hospitality, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in food services, customer support, or operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
