MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 4 years of relevant experience in PE, VC, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory or Big 4
- Strong hands-on experience in due diligence and financial analysis.

JOB ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and support financial and commercial due diligence for potential investments.
- Analyse financial statements, business performance, cash flows and key operating metrics.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, identify key risks and assess value-creation potential.
- Work with management teams and external advisors across due diligence and transaction execution.
- Review financial models,



business plans and forecasts.
- Prepare investment papers and presentations for senior management / Investment Committee.
- Support deal execution and portfolio monitoring activities.

QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE

- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 5 years of relevant experience in PE, VC, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory or Big 4.
- Strong hands-on experience in due diligence and financial analysis.
- Robust academic and professional pedigree from reputed institutions/organisations.
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling and communication skills.
- Prior exposure to PE/VC transactions or investment evaluation preferred.
