Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and design-driven Associate – Architecture to join our team for a prestigious large-scale commercial development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design development, BIM modelling and coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires a solid understanding of large-scale commercial architecture, with the ability to effectively manage design deliverables and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee architectural design development for large-scale commercial projects. - Develop, manage, and review BIM models using Revit in accordance with project standards. - Lead BIM coordination with multidisciplinary consultants and project teams. - Review architectural drawings, models, and technical documentation to ensure quality and design consistency. - Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to resolve design and technical issues. - Monitor design deliverables, timelines, and coordination requirements. - Ensure architectural design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.



- Provide technical and design guidance to project teams. - Support project leadership in delivering high-quality architectural solutions within agreed timelines.

Candidate Profile

- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution. - 7–12 years of relevant professional experience in architecture. - Proven experience in large-scale commercial projects is mandatory. - Experience in shopping malls / retail developments will be an added advantage. - Strong hands-on expertise in BIM Modelling and BIM Coordination. - Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture. - Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) will be an advantage. - Strong understanding of architectural design development, documentation, coordination, and project execution. - Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced project environment.
