- Operate and monitor CNC Turning, VMC, or HMC machines.
- Perform machine setup, tool offsetting, and program loading as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
- Conduct first-piece approval and in-process inspections using measuring instruments.
- Change tools, inserts, and fixtures as required.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Follow 5S, safety standards, and company procedures.
