The Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day IT asset management and IT operations across global SHQ locations. The role includes maintaining accurate asset records and assisting with procurement, allocation, tracking, repair, recovery, and disposal activities.
The Associate will also support Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools, Windows/Linux environments, and basic cloud administration activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, accessories, and software assets.
- Manage day-to-day IT asset management and inventory activities across office locations.
- Support asset procurement, allocation, transfer, repair, recovery, replacement, warranty tracking, and secure disposal.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for procurement, repairs, replacements, warranty support, and disposal activities.
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding tasks, including device preparation, allocation, collection, and access-related activities.
- Manage patching and security updates for laptops and workstations and support basic endpoint compliance checks.
- Support MDM enrollment and device management through Microsoft Intune.
- Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, regional IT teams, vendors, and end users to support IT operational requirements
- Assist with basic Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, licenses, groups, and mailbox-related activities.
- Perform basic Exchange Online tasks, including shared mailboxes, distribution lists, mailbox permissions, and email troubleshooting.
- Support endpoint security and EDR tools and ensure agents are installed, active, and compliant.
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network, printer, VPN, email, and endpoint security issues.
- Maintain asset documentation, inventory reports, onboarding/offboarding records, and operational documentation.
- Support automation and process-improvement activities for inventory tracking, reporting, asset management, and device deployment.
- Complete assigned service requests and operational tasks within agreed timelines and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Essential Skills
- Experience with IT asset inventory, allocation, tracking, warranty, repair, and disposal.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and MDM device enrollment.
- Understanding of laptop/workstation patching and endpoint compliance.
- Basic experience with EDR and endpoint security tools.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, follow documented procedures, and work effectively as part of a global team.
- Knowledge of user onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Valuable troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, VPN, email, printer, and endpoint issues.
- Good communication, coordination, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
Additional Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Familiarity with PowerShell or Power Automate.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Understanding of basic networking, VPN, DNS, and DHCP concepts.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management and endpoint security tools.
- Basic understanding of IT security and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Education Requirements & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, asset management, endpoint management, or related IT operations.
- Hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint security, and user support activities.
- Experience with IT asset lifecycle activities, including inventory, allocation, warranty, repair and recovery.
- Basic understanding of Windows systems, networking, and cloud technologies.
