? Experience: 6+ Years

? Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA

✅ Eligibility

✔️ 6+ years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales

✔️ Mandatory experience with a Builder / Real Estate Developer

✔️ Strong experience in achieving sales targets

✔️ Team handling and leadership experience preferred

✔️ Robust customer handling, negotiation and closing skills

✔️ Knowledge of Pune's residential real estate market will be an advantage

? Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and achieve assigned targets

Lead and motivate the sales team

Manage leads, site visits, follow-ups and closures

Build strong customer and channel partner relationships

Monitor team performance and sales pipeline

Develop strategies to improve conversions and achieve business goals
