Role Description The Assistant Professor RPA (Robotic Process Automation) role at ImaginXP is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in RPA, including preparing lesson plans, lectures, lab sessions, and assessment materials aligned with industry requirements.

The Assistant

Professor will guide students through RPA tools and platforms, supervise projects, mentor learners on practical implementations, and support them in developing employable skills.

Responsibilities include staying updated with emerging RPA technologies, contributing to curriculum development and academic documentation, participating in academic events and workshops,



and collaborating with other faculty members to enhance the quality of teaching and learning. The role also involves engaging with industry partners, supporting placement activities, and contributing to research or innovation initiatives in automation and related fields.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of Robotic Process Automation concepts, tools (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), and practical implementation in business processes.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting relevant to RPA (e.g., Python, .NET, Java, or similar), along with solid understanding of software development fundamentals.
- Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and academic assessment for technology-focused courses, preferably in RPA or automation.
- Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, and guide students in both theoretical and hands-on learning environments, including project supervision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with an aptitude for explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field; a PhD or significant industry experience in RPA/automation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with industry trends in digital transformation, process optimization, and future skills in technology and business.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to academic initiatives, and support placement and industry engagement activities.
