Responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible for driving Payroll operations with Payroll vendors across 4-5 countries.
- Candidate will be responsible for performing partner payout calculations, managing partner payments across 4-5 countries
- Providing inputs & reviewing outputs with Payroll vendors to ensure flawless payroll processing each month.
- Responsible for Management reporting qua Payroll & Partner payouts.
- Managing statutory compliances related to role.
- Handling Statutory Audit related requirements for payroll and partner payouts, coordinating with auditors.
- Ensuring monthly book closure, right accounting & completeness of books with relation to payroll and partner payouts.
- Coordinating with Banking peers as required for payments and reporting.
