Job Profile

- Design and selection of suitable model for Submersible Motor.
- Analysis & identifying OFI (Prospect for Improvement) for the design improvement and VAVE.
- Initiate development Project, plan and co-ordinate for Prototyping.
- Performance verification and validation before launch in market.




- Basic knowledge of Motor testing significant parameter like Head & Discharge also Manage performance as per market requirement.
- System Benchmarking and SWOT analysis of existing Electrical design of Submersible and surface mounted motors.
- Solar application Design & dev of AC / PMSM Motors to meet the MNRE guidelines.
- Selection and compatibility of Solar controller & VFD to optimize the output.

Desired Candidate Profile 1. Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and fundamentals with best practice.
- Experience/knowledge of manufacturing methods and electrical systems.
- Experience/knowledge with Electrical software such as ANSYS
