Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance Account role is a full-time, on-site position based at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing day-to-day internal controls and auditing activities, including cost audits, consumables audit, revenue assurance, monthly MIS, and other KPI tracking. The individual will assist in preparing audit reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with internal controls, hospital policies, and relevant financial regulations.
The role includes coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders, addressing account-related queries, and supporting audits and process improvements.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance, including financial analysis, budgeting, and understanding of accounting standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Healthcare Auditing and assurance functions.
- Candidates should possess financial support skills, such as evaluating contracts, billing accuracy, and revenue tracking.
- Candidates should possess Team Management skills, including the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
- Sound knowledge of hospital or healthcare finance processes is mandatory.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
