About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Assistant Category Manager – 2W to join our team on a mission to improve millions of lives every day. This role is responsible for managing the performance and profitability (P&L;) of the Two-Wheeler (2W) and Scooter category within the assigned city. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities,

operational excellence, and leadership skills to drive business growth while ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and supply partners.

Key Responsibilities

Category & Business Management

● Own and manage the P&L; for the 2W and Scooter category within the assigned city.

● Drive category growth by balancing supply and demand while ensuring operational efficiency.

● Monitor key business metrics and implement strategies to improve overall category performance.

Supply & Demand Management

● Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of supply partners through multiple acquisition channels.

● Ensure continuous oversupply to meet customer demand effectively.

● Drive partner onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives.

Customer & Partner Retention

● Execute customer and supply partner retention programs.

● Conduct partner engagement activities, validation exercises, and zonal supply fulfillment.





● Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve retention and service quality.

Community Management

● Foster strong relationships with driver partners and customers.

● Build an engaged community that promotes high service quality, operational excellence,

and long-term partner success.

● Resolve partner and customer concerns proactively.

Marketing & Brand Execution

● Execute city-level Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing and branding initiatives.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of campaigns.

Market Intelligence

● Track market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

● Generate actionable insights to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Data Analysis & Reporting

● Analyze business performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

● Prepare dashboards and reports using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools.

● Recommend data-driven solutions to business challenges.

Process Improvement

● Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.

● Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership

● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20+ high-performing team members.

● Set performance goals, monitor productivity, and drive continuous improvement.

● Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations, or a related field.

● Postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is preferred.
