Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Branch Manager role based in Samastipur.

The Assistant Branch

Manager will support overall branch operations, including managing sales activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of business targets. The role involves supervising and guiding the branch team, driving customer acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with existing policyholders. The individual will oversee compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, handle documentation and reporting, and work closely with senior management to implement branch-level strategies.

Daily responsibilities also include resolving customer queries,



coordinating with internal departments, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, with experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
- Candidates should possess customer relationship management and communication skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills to supervise staff, provide guidance, and support performance improvement.

- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant qualified certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.
- Prior experience in branch operations, retail banking, or life insurance distribution is desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Samastipur, adapt to local market conditions, and collaborate with diverse teams.
