Role Summary: Responsible for supervising the asset creation process, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and coordination across VFX departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the Asset/Modeling team.
- Review assets for quality, technical standards, and project requirements.
- Allocate tasks and track asset progress and deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for asset requirements.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure smooth asset handovers.
- Mentor artists and resolve production-related issues.

Requirements

Requirements:

- 4–7+ years of VFX/Animation experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Modeling, Texturing, Look Development, and Rigging workflows.
- Knowledge of Maya, Houdini, Substance Painter, ZBrush, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with VFX pipelines and asset management tools is an advantage.
