Experience Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales - At least 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams - Mandatory proficiency in Telugu (spoken and written) - Strong understanding of the Vijayawada and surrounding local market - Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 1–10 days will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives - Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets - Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews - Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies - Build and maintain solid relationships with clients,



partners, and key stakeholders - Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion within the assigned territory - Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to management - Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements
