Role Overview The Area Retail Manager will oversee 12–15 stores within the assigned territory for Go Colors, a leading women's bottom-wear and apparel brand under Go Fashion (India) Limited. The role holder will be responsible for driving year-on-year sales growth, ensuring store-level profitability, building and developing high-performing store teams, managing recruitment for store-level positions, and ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all stores in the territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage 12–15 stores within the assigned territory.
- Drive year-on-year sales growth and store profitability.
- Train, coach, and develop store teams for performance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-level positions.
- Enforce strict adherence to SOPs across all stores.
- Travel extensively within the territory (12–15 days/month).
- Motivate teams to consistently achieve business targets.
- Track key retail metrics and drive corrective actions.




- Ensure VM, store hygiene, and customer experience standards.
- Liaise with regional management and cross-functional teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Area Manager, managing at least 7–10 COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) stores.
- Prior experience in the Apparel, Footwear, or Spectacles retail industry is required.
- Strong analytical skills, with hands-on proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and business reviews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to train, coach, and motivate teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (12–15 days per month).
- Graduate degree or MBA required.
- Robust ownership mindset with a bias for action and result-oriented approach to store operations.
