Position: Area Manager- IFA/ Franchisee
CTC: up to 8 LPA + Incentives
Exp. 1+ Yrs. in HNI Wealth/ PMS/ AIF Sales via IFA/B2B/Franchisee/Channel Sales
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Education: Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Financial Planning/Wealth Management. Other qualifications, like CFP, will be an advantage.

Job Role:
- Achieve given AUM and Revenue targets
- Maintain relationships with the existing network of IFAs
- Recruit potential recent IFAs
- Manage, recruit and drive the sales team for meeting efforts and performance targets.
- Ensure the highest servicing standard for IFAs in the areas of sales support, query resolution, product training and client seminars
- Build up a team as per the defined organisation structure.
Job Mandates:
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Experience:
1+ Years in sales of investment products through IFA/B2B/Franchisee/Channel Sales.
- Team handling experience: Recommended
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of market pulse, trade knowledge, and understanding of the indirect channel.
- IT Skills: MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications.
