and timelines /n Support site teams to maintain design intent /n Mentor and manage design team /n Skills &

Competencies /n Solid design + execution understanding /n Excellent client handling and presentation skills /n High attention to detail and problem-solving ability /n Ability to manage multiple projects /n /n Technical Skills /n AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp, Revit (preferred) /n Knowledge of BOQs, materials, and construction detailing /n /n Qualifications /n Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design /n 7–12 years experience in commercial interiors / turnkey projects /n /n KPIs /n Timely delivery /n Design quality & accuracy /n Client satisfaction /n Coordination efficiency
