Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in Chennai. The Architect will design and refine architectural solutions that align with business objectives, technical requirements, and long-term scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing architectural designs, collaborating with software development teams on system integration, and ensuring technical consistency across projects.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, preparing documentation and design specifications, and overseeing implementation to maintain quality, performance, and security standards.



The Architect will also support project planning, provide guidance on best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of architecture processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience creating scalable, resilient solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development and Integration, including working with modern frameworks and APIs.
- Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and delivery within defined timelines.
- Solid understanding of system design principles, cloud or distributed architectures, and security best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams, communicate complex ideas clearly, and make informed technical decisions.
- Experience in innovation-driven or consulting environments is beneficial, especially in technology-led transformation projects.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and engage directly with internal teams and client stakeholders.
